Q: Why should I do business with Target Imaging?
A: Target Imaging is Sino-USA joint endure found by industry veterans who
have both manufacturing and international sales / distribution experiences in
after market printer consumables. In today's challenging environment of our
industry, only those companies with solid manufacturing foundation,
international logistic planning and knowledgeable marketing personnel
can maintain growth of product offerings and provide best customer
services.
Q: Why do you use Target as a part of your company's name?
A: When you hit the target, you are satisfied with the end result that meets
your expectation. Companies often claim that they have the best quality
product and lowest price. The reality is that it is impossible to achieve that
goal. We are here to work with our customers to hit the mutual target which
could be Quality, or Pricing , or other issues. In short, we want to be a
partner in your success.
Q: Can I buy the toner and ink cartridges from your inventory?
A: If you have valid reseller's permit, you are welcome to buy the products
that we carry in our inventory. Otherwise, you have to buy our products from
the companies that resell our products.
Q: Are all the ink and toner cartridges made in China the same quality?
A: Absolutely NOT. Even though majority of the ink and toner cartridges are
made in China these days, they are not made the same quality. There are
at least three different quality levels.
At the first level are those cartridges which are made by original equipment
manufacturers (OEM) such as HP, Canon, Dell, Brother,Epson,Samsheng,
etc. They are made based on the standard of original specifications. As a
result, the quality is accepted by consumers even it comes with high prices.
